Getting started is super easy! You can contact us directly by filling out our contact form under the “Contact Us” tab.
Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to get you setup!

When you schedule your first service with us, you will fill standard size kitchen garbage bags (~13 gallon) with your laundry and leave them out to be collected at your scheduled time.
Next your clothes are picked up, sorted, inspected, and pre-treated (as needed) before being washed, dried, folded, and sorted by size (or family member if applicable).
Our team will then package and deliver your clean laundry directly to your home, all that's left is to put it away!
The Fuller’s Touch will provide a complimentary reusable laundry bag upon delivery of your first initial order.
Garbage bags are only used for the very first pick up.

We ask all of our clients to place their complimentary reusable laundry bags on their front porch no later than 9:00am for pickup.
If this is your first time using our service, you will place your dirty clothes in full size garbage bags on the porch and we will return them in your new complimentary reusable bag.

Absolutely! During your first official consultation with us, we will discuss your families specific needs.

Totally up to you! Send the whole family’s laundry or just the kids’, toss your underwear in (or don’t—we won’t judge), or use us strictly for socks so you never have to match them again. It’s fully customizable, so we can help your family exactly where you need it most.

The Fuller’s Touch has a standard turnaround time of 24 hours, however some large orders may take additional time. If this is the case we will reach out to you directly.

If you prefer a specific detergent, we are happy to use that upon request. We will just ask that you supply that detergent during your pick up window.

Canceling is easy—promise.
The Fuller's Club memberships can be canceled anytime with zero cancellation fees.We don’t offer refunds, so please cancel before your monthly payment date. Payments process on the same day each month that you originally signed up.
Laundry math made simple:
If Sally signed up on May 3rd, her payment runs on the 3rd each month. To avoid being charged again, she should cancel by May 2nd.That’s it—no suds, no surprises 🫧
