Our Story

Hi, Friends! My name is Kaleigh and I am the owner and founder of The Fuller’s Touch.

While my professional background is mostly rooted in the corporate world (over ten years in Human Resources), I’ve always felt a strong pull toward hands‑on service work—the kind where you roll up your sleeves and don’t mind getting a little messy.

Truthfully, laundry and cleaning have always been my comfort zone. As a kid, neighbors paid me to scrub baseboards (yes, really), and at sleepovers, I was that kid quietly straightening up my friends’ rooms for fun. Bringing order to chaos and making things feel fresh and cared for has kind of been my thing… long before it became a business.

Why “The Fuller’s Touch”?

In the Old Testament, people were often instructed to wash their garments as part of ritual purification—a practice symbolizing spiritual readiness, purity, and reverence.

A Fuller was an ancient worker whose role was to clean, whiten, and prepare cloth, especially wool. Their process involved washing out impurities, treading or beating the fabric, and whitening it until it was fully restored. Because fulling required lots of water and produced strong odors, fullers typically worked outside the city walls near springs, pools, or designated spots such as the Fuller’s Field near Jerusalem.

Over time, the work of a Fuller became a rich biblical metaphor for spiritual cleansing, moral purification, and ultimately, for the way God lovingly refines His people.

What The Fuller’s Touch Represents

The Fuller’s Touch is more than a wash & fold service—it’s a small, tangible way to offer people a fresh start. It gives you back precious time with the people who matter most. It’s a breath of relief in a busy week. And for me, it reflects something much bigger: the gentle, refining work God does in all of us.

No matter what I do, I want it to point back to Jesus. This business is an offering, and I am grateful for every opportunity to serve my community with joy, excellence, and purpose.

“After six days, Jesus took Peter, James, and John and led them up a high mountain by themselves to be alone. He transfigured in front of them, and his clothes became dazzling—extremely white as no fuller on earth could whiten them.”
